Our items are handmade. Small variations in color, size, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Product imagery may be AI-assisted or digitally staged for presentation. We describe materials and key details accurately; minor handmade variation is normal.

If your item is materially different from the listing description, we will resolve it under the Refund Policy.

Prices and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

Orders can be placed through guest checkout or WhatsApp-assisted ordering. An order is confirmed when we accept it.

Payment instructions may be provided at checkout or in order confirmation (for example EasyPaisa details for offline payment). If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

All site content (text, images, and branding) is owned by CozyKnots or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CozyKnots is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
