Refund Policy

Because our items are handmade, we keep the process simple and fair. This policy explains when CozyKnots offers replacements, exchanges, or refunds.

Returns and exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind requests. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will make it right.

AI-assisted images and variation

Some listing images are AI-assisted for illustration. Minor differences in stitch, shape, or exact shade are normal for handmade items and are not considered defects.

If you receive an item that is materially different (wrong item, wrong size, wrong color family, or a major construction defect), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence for a replacement or refund review.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started and the order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel. Custom or personalized orders may not be cancellable once work begins.

Refund method and timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
  • For offline payments (including EasyPaisa or WhatsApp-assisted orders), approved refunds are typically processed by bank transfer or the best available return method.
  • Processing time is usually 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs

If the issue is our mistake (wrong item, defect, or shipping damage), we cover related re-shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping fees are non-refundable.
